Delete from your account

Tenants can use Profile - Delete Portal Access in the Android app or the delete-account control in the tenant website profile. Landlord members can use the account deletion control in website profile settings. Company owners should use company settings because deletion can affect staff, tenant, property, billing, and document records.

What happens after a request

1. We acknowledge the request without confirming publicly whether an account exists.
2. We verify ownership using the registered email, account access, or other appropriate evidence.
3. We explain the account and linked records affected before a company-wide deletion.
4. Verified landlord member and company accounts are normally deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.
5. Records required for an active lease, payment dispute, fraud investigation, legal hold, or statutory obligation may be retained only for that purpose and may be restricted or de-identified.
