1. Purpose
These rules protect landlords, tenants, applicants, staff, and the RentalManagerHub service. They apply to public listings, messages, files, reviews, payments, support, APIs, and account activity.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, fabricated identities, fake payment evidence, altered receipts, or misleading property ownership claims.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, hateful conduct, exploitation, discrimination prohibited by applicable law, or disclosure of another person's private information.
- Advertising an unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized property or hiding mandatory charges and material conditions.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, stolen documents, intimate content, or files unrelated to a legitimate rental purpose.
- Attempting to access another account, company, tenant record, private file, API, or administrative function without authorization.
- Scraping, probing, reverse engineering, denial-of-service activity, automated account creation, spam, or bypassing rate limits and security controls.
- Using identity, income, signature, lease, payment, or contact information for unrelated marketing, intimidation, identity theft, or resale.
- Manipulating reviews, inquiries, status records, meter readings, balances, or audit information.
3. Listing standards
- Use current photos and accurate descriptions of the actual offered property.
- State the true rent, deposit, advance-payment requirement, utility source, recurring charges, and availability.
- Identify important occupancy, pet, furnishing, access, and property restrictions.
- Do not publish private tenant information, precise security details, access codes, or documents in a public listing.
- Remove or update listings promptly when authority, availability, price, or material conditions change.
4. Documents and verification
Collect only information reasonably needed for a stated rental purpose. Sensitive documents should be viewed only by authorized users, must not be downloaded or redistributed unnecessarily, and should be deleted or returned when no longer required. Verification indicators are workflow signals, not government certification or a guarantee against fraud.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate, preserve relevant records, limit visibility, remove content, revoke a session, suspend an account, or notify affected parties or authorities when reasonably necessary. Measures depend on severity, evidence, repetition, and immediate risk.
Report suspected scams, unauthorized access, unsafe listings, privacy misuse, or payment fraud through support or dev@devorbitstudio.com. Include references and non-sensitive evidence where possible.
